| Used electromechanical products remanufacturing is China’s strategic needs ofbuilding a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, developing recyclingeconomy, implementing energy saving and emission reducing, addressing climate change.Remanufacturability is a property of used electromechanical products.Remanufacturability evaluation directly determines the used electromechanicalproducts can be remanufacturing. Remanufacturability evaluation of usedelectromechanical products is the basic problem of implementing productsremanufacturing, also is the premise for judging remanufacturing value and feasibility ofused products.As a important content of remanufacturability evaluation, research on multi-lifecharacteristics of used electromechanical products can reduce the remanufacturing risk insource, and ensure the quality for remanufactured products. In view of this, with thefoundation of the National Natural Science Foundation and National Key Project ofScientific and Technical Supporting Programs, this paper studies on remanufacturabilityevaluation method for used electromechanical products based on multi-lifecharacteristics.Firstly, remanufacturability evaluation system for the used electromechanicalproducts is researched, the connotation for remanufacturability evaluation of usedelectromechanical products is analyzed, the characteristics and affecting factors forremanufacturability evaluation of used electromechanical products is also analyzed. Theconnotation for multi-life characteristics, relationship and evaluation mechanism of usedelectromechanical products is researched. Remanufacturing evaluation process of usedelectromechanical products based on multi-life characteristics can be established.Secondly, according to remanufacturing evaluation process of usedelectromechanical products based on multi-life characteristics, the remaining lifeassessment from the physical, the technological and economic sides of usedelectromechanical products is developed. An integrating results for remaining lifeassessment from the three aspects is addressed.Thirdly, used electromechanical products for the remaining life will have the remanufacturing evaluation.This paper presents a case-based reasoning model forevaluating remanufacturability of used electromechanical products. Theremanufacturability evaluation index system of used electromechanical products isestablished from four feasibility aspects of economic, technology, resources andenvironment, and remanufacturing evaluation result is obtained.Finally, the remanufacturability evaluation method of machine tool spindle is takenas an example to illustrate the feasibility of the above evaluation method. |
