Mechanical equipment remanufacturing is an excellent production pattern of saving resources,reducing energy consumption and protecting environment,which with significant economic and social benefits.At present,a great deal of mechanical equipments has been scraped in our country,implement remanufacturing is imperative.However,It is the basic task to accurately judge the remanufacturability of retired mechanical equipment.Therefore,putting forward systematic remanufacturability analysis method and scientific evaluation model is the question of fundamental importance for remanufacturing implementation.Until now,there still lack scientific analysis method and evaluation system about remanufacturability.Supported by the of national 973 plans project(Basic Scientific Problems of Mechanical Equipment Remanufacturing.NO.2011CB013400),based on LCSA(Life Cycle Sustainability Assessment)theory,this research put forward a four-dimensional remanufacturability analysis method of technology,environment,economy and society.In this method system,the differences of functional units,system boundary,inventory method and effect evaluation indicator of three LCA methods included in LCSA framework are overcome,and the factors of technology efficiency,ecological impact,environmental cost,social influence are considered.Also in this four-dimensional remanufacturability method system,the evaluation indexes are designed,and multi-dimensional remanufacturability evaluation model is established.In addition,FAHP(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process)is employed to determine the weight of the remanufacturability indexes,which realize the comprehensive evaluation of multi-dimensional remanufacturability for old mechanical equipment.This remanufacturability analysis method system could provide a quantitative description of mechanical equipment in multi-dimensional space for remanufacturing enterprises,and with great significance and application value.In this remanufacturability evaluation system,the technology feasibility analysis method is put forward based on remanufacturing process,seven remanufacturing technology feasibility indexes of disassembly,cleaning,inspection,testing,repairing,replacement and assembly are set up,each technology feasibility index is divided into three type indicators of time,technical and proportion,through which the technology feasibility could be comprehensively evaluated.Fuzzy QFD(Quality Function Deployment)model based on entropy is put forward,through which the correlation between customer requirements and technical characteristics is established,and the seven technology index weights are determined.Based on E-LCA(Environmental Life Cycle Assessment)theory,process inventory analysis and mid-point environment impact assessment methods are used to the comparison the life cycle environment impact of mechanical equipment original manufacturing and remanufacturing,from which the environmental value and advantage is analyzed,and therefore the environmental remanufacturability is evaluated from the perspectives of saving resources,saving energy and reducing environmental emissions.Based on LCC(Life Cycle Cost)theory,capital time-value theory and social theory of willingness to pay are applied to the evaluation of the conventional cost,likely costs and environmental costs.Environmental cost calculation method based on LCC-LCA is put forward,and the life cycle cost comparison for original manufacturing and remanufacturing is made to analyze the cost advantage of mechanical equipment remamufacturing,which realized the economical remanufacturability evaluation of old mechanical equipment.S-LCA(Social Life Cycle Assessment)theory is applied to the remanufacturing social performance analysis,social inventory data are sorted and analyzed,and remanufacturing production stakeholders,social influence and social evaluation indexes are reasonable selected,also remanufacturing social impact evaluation indexes are built.In remanufacturing social analysis method system,social risk score is quantitatively expressed as social remanufacturability,which is expected to cause people's social attention to the mechanical equipment remanufacturing production.In this paper,WD615.87 diesel engine is used as the object of case study,the four dimensional remanufacturability is analyzed,and consequently the effectiveness and practicability and effectiveness of this multi-dimensional remanufacturiability analysis method is verified.
