| It is newly introduced to our country and related policies are still imperfect, the projectcost under the agent construction system remains higher-risking and more complicated thanthe normal project construction cost. agent construction system in project cost management ofconstruction projects lacking of systemic risk identification, assessment, management, oneof the pre-warning model, consequently the risk of agent construction system project costmanagement of construction projects are essential both in theory and practice aspects.In this thesis, based on the angle of governmental entrusting, referencing and absorbingthe existing risk management research, combining the characteristics of System Mode, onbehalf of the construction project cost, I did the research of the whole process of riskmanagement. In this thesis, the project cost risk identification method, under AgentConstruction Project Cost risk identification, using a combination of qualitative andquantitative analysis of AHP, expands risk assessment and risk warning system to build cyclethrough the different stages of early warning systems the project cost risk evaluation cycle,determining the various stages of the current risk warning level, and then takes the differentlevels of criticality for targeted measures in order to achieve real-time monitoring, dynamicadjustment, the risk to make on behalf of the construction project cost of fighting reachedbeforehand control results, in a timely manner to prevent and resolve on behalf of theconstruction project cost risk faced by government clients. It not only makes governmentmore key risk clients targeted prevention affect the total investment in the grasp of the overallconstruction, but also has focused on the cost of the whole process of risk management.Thereby it reduced the uncertainty caused by the loss,and improved government fundinginvestment efficiency. |
