Agent construction system,as a new type of construction project management mode, has been popularized and practiced in national government investment projects, and has achieved great accomplishments. But it is still at the stage of beginning and is non-theoretical,and it is lack of risk management regulations. This article attempts to starting from the problems of agent construction system currently existing in the development, standing in view of the construction unit, studying the risk of agent construction project, identifying the generation of construction units face in different stages of risk, and providing the risk countermeasures recommendations. This article first summarized the main problems existing in the implementation of agent construction system in our country.Secondly, combined with the work experience in construction agency, the author identifies the risk of construction agency in planning stage, preparatory phase, implementation phase and completion. Then, according to analyzing and comparing the methods of assess risks, and using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)to quantitative evaluate construction agency risk. Finally, the paper shows primary risk at every phase,in addition, the paper provides solutions for corresponding primary risks. The main line of this paper is to study the main problems encountered in the four stages of the project construction process. The basic theory of risk management is applied, and every process of risk research is analyzed. It is hoped that the importance of project risk management should be described and the awareness of risk prevention can be improved by engineering units and other participating units in engineering practice.
