In soft-sensing techniquetheory, a mathematical model is built in the use of someprocess parameters which are easy to be detected, in order to calculate the processparameters which are difficult to be detected. In this thesis, in order to control a kindof sealed electric furnace, using data acquisition equipment of National Instruments(NI) company, the FP93programmable PID controller, LabVIEW, databasetechnology and algorithms of soft-sensing technique, the inner container temperatureof the sealed electric furnace which are difficult to be detected is calculated based onthe outside container temperature, solve the problem that the inner containertemperature is difficult to be detected,and improve the quality of automatic control.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1.The configuration and using methods of the data acquisition equipment madeby National Instruments company are introduced; then we complete a date acquisitionand storage system in the use of these equipment, LabVIEW and database technology,achieve the target of data acquisition in real time, data storage in real time andqueried and compared with historical data.2.The collected data are analyzed, and are pretreatment by filtering, removingthe random noise. Then we determine auxiliary variable, design a data interfacebetween MATLAB and LabVIEW, import the detected data into MATLAB software,which has powerful mathematical processing capacity. The inner containertemperature mathematical model is built by the method of least square identificationsystem. The RBF neural network method isused in revising the.inner containertemperature mathematical model.3. The optimal PID parameters of the FP93programmable PID controller arefound out by parameter self-tuning. The serial communication program interface iscompleted between FP93programmable PID controller and host computer; completethe interface for users to set the parameters of PID.4. The temperature detection and controlsystem for the sealed electric furnaceiscompleted. In this system, these functions are completed: user login, temperature parameter setting, PID parameters setting, date acquisition and storage, data contrast,data export and so on.The system is humanized and easy to use,can prompt the usersfor the correct operation such as heating, insulation, cooling according to the changeof inner temperature of the sealed electric stove. And the quality and efficiency ofcontrol are improved, and achieve the goal of expectant design.
