Study On Quality Control Of Highway Engineering Project

The state has been increasing the investment of highway engineering project in order to promote economic growth and expand domestic demand since the reform and opening up. Then we have an opportunity to accumulate valuable experiences and improve the management standard. But we are going to admit that there still exist plenty of problems, in highway construction. The situation that many quality accidents, which results in pretty life and property loss, appears especially in recent years makes our research on quality management methods of highway construction a practical significance.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research firstly, then describes domestic and foreign theory development of quality control problems, puts forward the supervision towards the "general control" of quality theory. Combined with practical cases, this paper conforms the "general control" of quality theory on the basis of analyzing4M1E, namely man, machine, material, method and environment, which have significant impacts on the construction quality, and then verifies quality activities by stages through statistical analysis technique in order to discover the problems and causations, so we could take corrective measures to prevent disqualification.Aiming at the actual situation of engineering field of China, this paper explores effective methods of highway engineering quality control by combining theory with practice.
