With the development of the society’s industrialization, the emergence of a largenumber of high-rise building, super high-rise building,”Vertical transportation”――development of the elevator has also attracted more and more attention insociety.As the elevator getting longer distance running, faster and faster,followedly,Vibration in horizontal direction of the elevator car is also growing severe,hasseriously exceeded the requirements of human elevator ride. Therefore, Thehorizontal vibration of elevator has become the most realistic problem which needs tobe solved urgently in front of Engineer.At present, damping methods commonly usedare passive, semi-active and active control mode. While in the high-speed elevator,passive and semi-active control methods have significant limitations and can notachieve the desired effect.Therefore, Active control of vibration in some applicationsis popular with more and more scholars.Firstly, the establishment of a dynamic model of the car’s lateral vibration,establish model of guide wheel on the base of guide wheel structure analysis andsimplification, according to the rails incentive features, establish guide incentivemodel. In the simulation platform, input is guide excitation for the simulation ofelevator model. The experimental results show that, the experimental data agree wellwith actual data, to illustrate the correctness of the model.Secondly, on the basis of vehicle active suspension, This paper gives thearchitecture of the hydraulic active guide roller,and establish its mathematicalmodel,and design the controller of the active hydraulic guide roller. According to thecharacteristics of elevator,Firstly, the paper design the fuzzy controller, because thehydraulic system with pure delay link, based on the fuzzy controller,the paper addsthe preview controller of a feedforward compensation function.At last, In the MATLAB simulation platform, according to the flow of data,Each subroutinemodules links, input is guide excitation for the simulation of elevator model.The simulation results show that, for low-speed elevators, Passive guide shoecan meet the elevator ride comfort, however,using the active hydraulic guide roller,damping effect is not obvious; For high speed elevator, used passive guide shoe, theelevator Vibrates dramatically,and seriously exceedes the requirements of the elevatorride, using guide shoe with hydraulic active mode, the damping effect is obvious, andreached the national standard requirements.
