With the increasing of skyscrapers,high-speed elevators emerge continuously.Lateral vibration of elevator will increase due to the elevator speed rising,which affects comfortable sensation in elevator;it needs to take measures to restrain the lateral vibration of high-speed elevator car.The passive control strategy with installation of the shock-absorbing spring damping and the active control strategy with installation of electromagnetic or hydraulic actuators both have their limitations,the semi-active control strategy become a new way to solve the lateral vibration of elevator,the semi-active control suppress vibration by real-time changing of elevator guide shoe’s damping characteristics.This paper used the magneto-rheological damper for elevator car lateral semi-active vibration control simulation study.First of all,according to the three kinds of modes for lateral vibration of car,established the mathematical model for lateral vibration of elevator car,aiming at influence of guide rail incentive to elevator vibration,the guide rail incentive model is established.Then analyzed the characteristics of the magneto-rheological damper,using it as a device designed the semi-active control guide shoe;Because the elevator car lateral vibration is a complex nonlinear phenomena,the traditional control method has certain limitations,and the fuzzy control method can applicable better to complex nonlinear system,in this paper,the characteristics of elevator car lateral vibration system is analyzed,on which basis designed the semi-active control system with the fuzzy control method,achieve the purpose of reducing vibration control based on controlling output signal and real-time changing damping coefficient of the magneto-rheological damper;Finally,carried on simulation research of vibration model and the semi-active control system by using the Matlab/Simulink software,conducted comparative analysis with the passive control of vibration performance,the results showed that the semi-active control method significantly suppress the lateral vibration of the car,the largest amplitude vibration average dropped to 66.6%under the condition of the guide rail vibration,improve the elevator ride comfort.This research work has important reference value for the study of the elevator vibration control system and the semi-active control,provides reference for the application of the magnetorheological damper on the elevator car vibration control,and has significance in the development of our national high-speed elevator.
