In the highway construction in China, semi-rigid base is the main form ofpavement structure of highway. because of the cracks this pavement structure appear allsorts of diseases easily during the operation, emis-rigid base will scaling up and formthe reflection cracks under the action of traffic load and temperature load, Reflectioncracks become one of the mainly damage forms to the semi-rigid base asphalt layer,choosing the reasonable connection technology between the layers is the key to solvethis problem. fiber reinforced emulsified asphalt gravel stress absoring layer has beenwidely used as gravel stress absoring layer between semi-rigid base and the surfacestress absorbed layer abroad.Through studies of the stress absorbing layer structure, technical performance andcomposition of materials, the ravel stress absoring layer has a good stress absorptionand dispersion ability and convenient construction. analysis stress intensity and fracturetenacity of the asphalt gravel stress absoring layer base on the fracture mechanicstheory and complex material, to explore the behavior of how does the asphalt gravelstress absoring layer stop the fracture.With lean concrete floor slab instead of semi-rigid base, making fiber reinforcedemulsified asphalt gravel stress absoring layer asphalt pavement structure specimen,simulate extension form of pavement reflection crack. measuring fracture parameters ofthe semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure by three point bending test,fractureparameters can be used as evaluation to ianalyze the anti-cracking ability of therreinforced emulsified asphalt gravel stress absoring layer, fiber reinforced anti-crackingperformance of emulsified asphalt stress absorbing layer. The longest defection, thebiggest Bending force and Fracture energy of fiber reinforced emulsified asphaltgravel stress absoring layer asphalt pavement is bigger than The longest defection ofnon-fiber reinforced emulsified asphalt gravel stress absoring layer asphalt pavementunder the same temperature.Study the correlation between the fracture parameters of the asphalt gravel stressabsoring layer and temperature. the test temperature useed to be25℃、20℃、15℃、10℃、5℃、0℃、-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃as the temperature decreases, the biggestbending force of fiber reinforced emulsified asphalt gravel stress absoring layer asphaltpavement increase, the longest defection to be shorter, the biggest Bending force incresse first then reduce. the pavement structure by elasticity become to brittle with thetemperature falls, Bending force occurrence mutation,according to the mmunity curvebetween Bending force and the defection, fracture energy related the area, so can makethe fracture energy change regularity.
