Study On The Railway Containerized Transport Of Small Pieces Of Goods

With the update of the industrial structure, the types of goods change constantly and the consumption of small pieces of goods develops increasingly, which results in the increasing transport demand of small pieces of goods. As the freight market changing from selling to buying, railway departments should develop clipper containerized transport of small pieces of goods under the entire transport service vigorously and provide the corresponding freight products to promote the quality of transport service of small pieces of goods.This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance from railway container transport and small pieces of goods transport, and states the domestic and overseas research status. Then the feasibility of railway containerized transport of small pieces of goods from small pieces of goods, transport demand analysis and containerized transport advantages is illustrated before leading to the key research problems. In the part of containerization, this paper takes the containerization mode as objective study, and analyzes the choices of containers and operating equipment in detail. In the part of transport network, this paper operates institutions based on business network and operating network. Also, the paper analyzes the allocation and use, operation process and documents of containers according to different institutions. In the part of transport organizing, rail-road multimodal transport, road transport and railway transport are analyzed. Finally, this paper focuses study on information, synergy and clearing system in the part of safeguard measures.
