Project schedule management is an important aspect of project management,as an important part of project management as the investment of the project management,project quality management.It is to ensure that the project to be finished on time and reasonable arrangement of resources supply,save the cost,reach economic benefits is one of the most important measures.According to the overall goal,in the corresponding period,formulate scientific and cost saving programmer,and then through the regular tracking,actual progress by measures such as strengthening process management,and according to the feedback of comprehensive evaluation and analysis,finally according to the question in the rectification and improvement,in order to ensure the engineering quality and increase the project the cost conditions ahead of schedule.Therefore,schedule management become core content of project management.As the important unit of central Zhejiang power grid,The Fengan 220KV substation in Jinhua power supply and demand has a fundamental role to play.According to the structural features,construction environment,the construction personnel and other specific circumstances,the project progress plan scientific design and strictly implemented,can reduce project cost,assure project quality to wait for a respect to produce major effect.Therefore,Jinhua City Electric Power Bureau in order to complete the quality and quantity of the established goal of the project,must be fully research the related construction on the basis of information,science to develop a project schedule,optimization of the project schedule plan implementation process.On the basis of the analysis of the project management theory,this paper made a study on the substation project's schedule management.The Fengan 220KV substation project is taken as an example.Firstly,the engineering projects of all activities for the work breakdown structure,draw the engineering construction network plan and conclude the whole construction period.In this theoretical cycle for reference,study the engineering construction inspection,acceptance and adjustment period method.Finally the paper puts forward solutions to the project schedule management problems.
