Integrated management system of electric energy is a set of power companies, it include electric energy transmission and distribution network, automatic data acquisition, remote transmission and storage, pre-processing, statistical analysis and load control integrated electric energy management platform. System for Jilin Electric Power Company production and management needs, we use integrated design concept, the substation, large users, public distribution transformers, commercial and residential users of electricity metering applications were integrated. The entire system fully into account electricity regulatory system interface requirements, supported operating the electricity market, electricity billing, optimize network operation, line loss management, support services and financial compensation for the cost of clearing computing and other advanced features. In the communication level, for different applications, flexible application of the optical fiber, medium and low voltage PLC, wireless networks, point to point communications technology, deep application for the business to provide a favorable support and protection.This paper starts from the Integrated management system of electric energy, it analyzes the status and needs of Jilin Province, the province based on a set of feasible electric energy acquisition, analysis, and management of the platform-building programs and focuses on analysis of the data sharing mode, based on CIM information model platformthe,then, analyzes the communication channel’s selected, a master station software functional design and acquisition terminal hardware’s design.Jilin-based electric energy collection system to achieve a real sense of the power management to solve the province’s electricity unified standard time, a unified management issues, which makes the whole network every link line loss analysis data is more accurate, the system not only solution for all types of substations, power plants, medium and large users of electric energy barrier for the collection, processing, time-billing, but also addresses the need for the power company under the jurisdiction of important users, factories, mines, oil fields and community residential customers electric energy for the collection, processing, statistics, and power control and management; implements the unified operation and management.
