The energy used for electricity production was increasing year by year. The related issues caused by coal-fired power supply, such as environmental pollution, energy shortage and economic ineffieicecy, became more and more severe. To enlarge the solar energy utilization and promote power system development, with the advantage of being installed in the center of the load, low life-cycle investment, and adjustable according to the network load, the development and utilization of distributed photovoltaic power generation is being highly emphasized. It is meaningful in the theoretical and practical for the photovoltaic power generation technology to study the feasibility and the access solutions of Qinhuangdao distributed power generation system.From the perspective of specific engineering implementation, this article focused on the access system solutions of photovoltaic power generation to power grid in Qinhuangdao Grid, presented potential challenges may face, and raised solutions accordingly. Firstly, the article summarized the operation and technical characteristics of photovoltatic power generation, and analyzed the requirements to be combined to the grid systematically. Then analyzed the status of distributed power supply and being combined to the grid in Qinhuangdao Grid, the meteorological conditions and site conditions, and assessed the combined system of distributed power to the grid in Qinhuangdao Grid. At last, the distributed photovoltaic access system of Beidaihe training center was evaluated in the aspects of the construction necessity, construction scale, trend analysis, electric parts, and system secondary etc. according to the typical photovoltaic power system of National Grid Company.
