Promoting the development and utilization of solar energy resources is one of the important parts of national new energy planning,and is also the need of optimizing and adjusting the power supply structure and realizing green development.In this paper,through the in-depth investigation and analysis of the load development of Boluo county power grid in Huizhou City,Guangdong Province,on this basis,100 MW A reliable and feasible access system scheme is proposed for photovoltaic power generation project,which includes primary electrical design and secondary electrical design.According to the recommended access system scheme,the corresponding system communication,dispatching automation and system relay protection scheme design are carried out.Firstly,this paper describes the development status of photovoltaic power generation and grid connected system design in detail,and summarizes the randomness and intermittence of photovoltaic power generation aggravate the uncertainty of system operation,which has a profound impact on power flow distribution,line loss,power quality,reliability,economic benefits and other aspects of the power grid.Secondly,this paper studies the theory of grid connected photovolt aic system.Through the analysis of photovoltaic and photovoltaic grid connection,photovoltaic grid connection classification,photovoltaic power station grid connection problems,the access principle of photovoltaic grid connection is proposed.Thirdly,based on the analysis of power grid status and load forecasting in Boluo area,this paper briefly describes the project overview,techni cal requirements and surrounding power grid overview of the access system scheme,and obtains the optimal scheme through comparison and selection of multiple schemes.Then,it introduces in detail the power flow calculation and short-circuit calculation method of the power grid system after connecting to the photovoltaic power generation system,and analyzes the impact of the project on the power system influence.Finally,the relay protection scheme of the project is introduced from the aspects of line protection,bus protection,anti islanding effect,out of step splitting and opposite side system protection.From the aspect of scheduling,this paper introduces the automatic scheduling scheme of the project.Operation management system,briefly introduces the communication system of the project,summarizes the technical requirements of the whole project,equipment selection,relay protection,dispatching automation,investment estimation of communication system scheme and recommended scheme of access system.At the end of the paper,a detailed summary and Prospect of photovoltaic grid connected development in the future are given,and suggestions on the research direction and application direction of photovoltaic system in the future are put forward.
