In order to detecting theleak of cabin accurately and effectively, the dissertation designed of a multiplevoice alarm for cabin leak based on the MCU.The design chooses the level sensors from the Beijing Rayleigh WeirTechnology Development,its name is RL-YW level transmitter, the product hasgood stability and high accuracy. In terms of hardware, multiple voice alarm forcabin leak includes the keyboard and display circuits, voice recording circuit,analog acquisition circuits and serial communication circuit, and in terms ofsoftware, it includes the the MCU software programming. and the PC softwareprogramming. In the dissertation, the PC software choose the Visual Studio2008,and using VB language to programming, the MCU software programmingusing C language to programming. The distinguishing feature for the design ischoses8279keyboard display chip to controling the button and the digital,reducing the processing burden of MCU, so it can be efficiently controlled themultiple voice alarm for cabin leak, and improve the efficiency of MCU; itselects the ISD2575voice chip, the recording of the chip is longer than else, andsound recording can be repeated up to100000frequencys, making multiple voicealarm for cabin leak more practical.At the last, conducting the experimental measurements and error analysisfor the multiple voice alarm for cabin leak, no matter what the PC softwaredisplay or the relative error and the average error from the actual value and themeasured value, multiple voice alarm for cabin leak satisfy the standard,confirming the practicality of the multiple voice alarm for cabin leak.
