Ammunition is an important military place, high temperature may cause fire ammunition to blow up, and guard against theft loss prevention is indispensable to Arsenal a safety protection measures.In view of the practical situations, this paper designed the ammunition safety monitoring system based on wireless technology.STC12C2052 is chosen as a terminal node microprocessor chip, control DS18B20 temperature sensor, MQ-2 smoke sensor, HC-SR501 pyroelectric infrared sensor for data collection and monitoring will be collected via the wireless module to send information to the host computer;AT89S52 chosen as the host machine control core module n RF24L01+ radio transmitting and receiving data over short distances through the ISD1420 voice alarm and use GSM-based networks SIM900 A module will send alarm messages received on the specified number, the control relay drive exhaust fans. Written temperature, smoke, pyroelectric sensor data acquisition, data communications, voice alarm, message alarm, and relay control program, completed by Proteus software simulation of the control circuit.Test each kind of the relay control module of temperature,smoke,pyroelectric sensor, data communications,voice,SMS alarm,which have been finished.Test results show that the temperature detection range-55℃~125℃, alarm can be set, the alarm set value of the experiment 40℃;Induction angle pyroelectric infrared sensor is less than 100 degrees cone angle,cone angle side farthest sensing distance of 3.80 meters, the middle distance of 6.84 meters farthest sensing;n RF24L01+ wireless module can achieve the maximum distance of 7.52 meters.When the temperature is above 40 ℃or in the vicinity of MQ-2 smoke sensor light cardboard, the voice alarm module sends a "Alert! Fire alarm!",and by SIM900 A module to set the phone number to send "Alert! Fire alarm !",control relay normally open contact pull the exhaust fan is working ventilation;When the HC-SR501 detected pyroelectric signals, voice alarm module sends a "Alert! Someone broke!", and by SIM900 A module to set the phone number to send "Alert! Someone broke into!".
