Applied Research Of Fine Management Of Highway Construction Project Cost

After the national economy and the basic construction of several decades of vigorous development, China’s construction industry competition is intense, facing the international and domestic market dual competition pressure. The construction enterprise profit space is becoming narrow. Reform, innovation, profitability are ways of developing that the construction enterprises must go through. Implement refined management is the inevitable trend of the construction industry. Meticulous management emphasizes the management of meticulous, doing fine, which is to maintain or expand the building corporate profit margins, improve enterprise management level, but also ensure that the construction companies will remain invincible in the fierce competition in the market.In this paper, we discuss meticulous management applications in highway construction project cost management, describe the concept of fine management and cost management theory, based on the analysis of highway construction project cost management factors, analyse the influence factors of highway construction project cost management, analyse the present situation and the existing problems of cost management of highway construction project in China, do research on the necessity of the cost management of highway construction project implementation, and discuss the system、principles and measures of the highway construction project cost managementFinally, combined with the actual MH highway, this paper tells about the application of fine management in the cost management of construction project as a case analysis, evaluates and analyses the application of fine management effect.
