Research On The Fine Management Of The Cost Of X-J Two Grade Highway Overhaul Project

Since the new century,China's two grade highway has a great development.However,due to the need to improve the quality of the road,the service life,the road load factor,geological disasters and other factors,there are overhaul projects of the two grade highway undergoing all around.The large amount of capital of the overhaul project,generally from the financial allocation,which has obvious payment advantages,has become an important area with fierce competition of highway construction enterprise.And the winner of the overhaul project is often the enterprises that have good control of construction cost.Therefore,in the current situation,for the highway construction enterprises to undertake and do a good job of the two grade highway overhaul project,how do the enterprises manage effectively to control the project cost,so as to win the further development of the enterprise? This is the main question answered in this study.This paper introduces the concept and method of fine management and applies them into the cost managementfor the two highway overhaul project,in order to obtain more profits from construction projects for enterprises.This paper describes the fine management theory,development and current situation of application in cost management.This study analyzes the characteristics and the existing problems of X-J two grade highway overhaul project,and performs deep analysis and demonstration of the feasibility of fine management of implementation cost using the real examples of two highway overhaul projects.From this research,we can draw a conclusion: in the cost management of thetwo grade highway overhaul project,fine management can not only improve the construction enterprise's profit,but also help to improve the level of project management,improve the quality of construction projects,and improve the quality and ability of the project management team and construction personnel.It can be said that the research results of this paper have some reference value for the fine management of cost for highway construction enterprises,and also have a certain role in promoting the fine management of highway overhaul projects.
