Power supply distribution line system is the lifeblood of the oil field production, and power consumption is the main energy consumption. Power supply distribution line widespread many problems such as electric power line equipment aging, power supply radius long, and low degree of automation in our oil field. Part of a long-term run in the economic operation, which cause loss increase of power supply distribution line. Low power factor and voltage can not effectively use of electrical equipment, which reduce the power line transmission ability and cause loss increase. If the corresponding measures don’t using to reduce the loss, power loss will be bigger and bigger with the continuous expansion of oil field, which virtually increase the cost of oil field operation and affect the economic benefits of enterprises. So the reaetive power optimization measures of power supply distribution system have a very important role to safety, high quality and economic operation of power line. How to don’t affect the normal production of oil field at the same time, and optimizing the allocation of reaetive power optimization and use new technology to reduce the energy loss and improve energy utilization, which have great significance for the long-term development of the oil field.Through investigation and research on high voltage power line system in shenyang oil field, effective measures are taked into use for improvement and comprehensive treatment on pow line. For the existence problems in the power supply distribution line system, such as falling of quality of power supply and increasing of power consumption caused by the low running power factor, loss increase of6kV power line, and three phase unbalanced phenomenon, etc. And the problems of harmonic pollution in power system and so on.First, the significance and role of reaetive power optimization is put forward, which is an important part of the construction and energy saving reconstruction of electric power line system. Passed on four kinds of reaetive power optimization solutions are studied and comparative analyzed on of power supply distribution line system, with compensation capacity and connection mode are calculated on power supply distribution line system. And The results are received of optimal reaetive power optimization solution, which make the reaetive power optimization to best configure and reduce the line loss. By applying the automatic reactive power optimization technology on system, the implementation of reactive power optimization in real time on power supply distribution line system, which can improve the quality of voltage, the reliability of the circuit operation, and the quality of power, with reduce the equipment failure and prolong the service life of equipment. Implement production safety and to achieve the goal of energy conservation and reducing nework loss, reduce the cost and increase enterprise economic benefits at last. Second, By analyzing the causes and characteristics of the system harmonic, with combined with the harmonic theory research, the effective means are used to modification of oilfield equipment for harmonic treatment. By the harmonic control measures, most of the harmonic current are filtered in the process of the user inverter nonlinear load work, which can meet the national standard.According to the thesis research results, the thirty five sets of intelligent reactive power optimization device are installed on twenty-four6kV power supply distribution line. Through the field energy saving detection, the line loss is dropped by0.67%on average of oil field high tension line, power saving rate is5.29%on average, and the average power factor can increase more than10%of the line. According to the implementation of high tension line automatic energy-saving technological transformation, which represents the direction of energy saving and optimization transformation power line system, The oilfield production management modernization level has reached a new level, and achieve high level, high efficiency operation of the oil field power supply distribution line system.
