Research On Reducing Loss Of Power Distribution Network In Huangpu Power Supply Bureau

Along with the reform of constructing a resource-saving society, energy Saving become the main theme of this year's electric power development. Line loss analysis is beneficial to knowledge the of component of it, then technological and managerial loss-reducing measure can be made. Moreover,the calculation of energylosses will also play an important role in the reactive power optimization,device management,economic load dispatch, which will enhance economic performance of power grid.This paper analyzes the data acquisition, arithmetic simplify, calculation error of the technical line loss. Combined with the required precision and electric power operation characteristic, suitable calculating method is found. Based on the influential factors anlysis of the technical line loss and management of line loss, this paper gives the loss-reducing measure. For the influential factors of technical line loss, this paper gives the economic operation mode by theoretical formulae. The loss-decreasing treasures has practicability.In practical operation reducing line loss is also an effective measure and approachfor improving the economic benefits.On the based of introducing the technical line losses and the loss reduction algorithm theoretical analysis,this paper takes the nangang F14 and wenchong F7 as examples to illustrate the application of the results. Technical line loss is calculated and loss-reducing measure is given. It turned out that the study resuIts of this paper is feasible and valuable.Finally,this paper discusses the structure and development idea of line losses calculation of distribution network analysis system based on GIS and IEC61970CIM model,and researches on the application of GIS and IEC61970CIM model on calculation of line losses of distribution network analysis system,in order to overcome the traditional distribution network line loss calculation and analysis system deficiencies.
