| As a typical space structure system, steel tube arch truss structure hasremarkable mechanical behavior. Because of this important feature, steel tube archtruss structure has been widely used in areas such as blast-furnace ironmaking plants.As we can see, the need of this kind of long-span structure has become increasinglystronger. This need presents the value of the author’s study. In the paper, through theresearch object of steel tube arch truss structure in a specific raw material plant andthe study method of finite elements software, the structure’s self-vibrationcharacteristic and dynamic response will be systematically analyzed.In the research of self-vibration characteristic, the structure’s modal analysisand the variable element of self-vibration characteristic will be analyzedemphatically. Upon this basis, the study of dynamic response will be presented. Thevariation of typical member internal forces will be summarized through the analysisof the structure’s variation elements. Graphs of vibration types can be achieved uponthe model analysis. The first10modes can tell us that the first two are mainlyhorizontal, however, the rest are more sophisticated, horizontal or vertical andsometimes twisted.In the analysis of variation elements, span ratio, truss span, section depth-spanratio and its aspect ratio are chosen. Through the graph of self-vibrationcharacteristic, we can get the outcome that the last three elements have certainimpacts on this behavior and the first element has little impact to it. The graph ofdynamic response can tell us that these elements have certain regular affects,especially the depth-span ratio. The author gives reasonable control range of thefour elements and suggestion for conceptual design of this kind of structure. |
