The Research On Construction Cost Which Was Impacted By The Different Project Management Models

For the different characteristics of the construction project, How to make the Investorsget the greater investment returns and accomplish the objectives of invest control, selectingthe appropriate project management model is the key to solve the problem. So it is urgentneed that we should be based on the project cost to analyze the method of choosing projectmanagement model.Firstly, This paper elaborate the theory of project management model and review theresearch of model selection and project cost control. Secondly, This paper summarize thecommon used project management model of the worldwide, and analyze the advantage,disadvantage and applicability of different models. On the basis of the literature, Explore thepart of the project cost and the six major factors of the influence about the project cost, aimingat the most typical project management models(DBB model, EPC model, PMC model, CMmodel), this paper do specific analysis. Depth discussing the construction cost which wasimpacted by the different project management models in various stages of project. In the end,in order to ensuring control the project cost, determine four key factors as the main indicator,then analyze the secondary indicators, using AHP to establish the appropriate decision model,get the final conclusion by analyzing and calculating.This paper’s purpose is sum up the common used project management model of theworldwide. Based on the project cost to explore the factors about how to choose the projectmanagement model, get the final conclusion that the project cost is affected by the differenceof project management model. Provide an effective method for the investors to focus onproject cost as control targets when they choose the appropriate project management model.Give the managers reference when they manage the project management, and content theadvanced engineering cost consulting need.
