The smart grid is the inevitable trend of power system development, the intelligent substation played a crucial supporting role, and the configuration of relay protection has an important influence on the development of Intelligent Substation. So far, Guangxi power grid has implemented a110kV Yang ding substation and220kV Tun Liang substation intelligent substation pilot project. Judging from the pilot implementation of the existing intelligent substation mainly in conventional substation based on the application of information technology and network technology, to achieve a unified communication protocol station, and simplify the configuration of relay protection. Therefore, to study and analyze the configuration of relay protection in intelligent substation, to explore a set of the most optimized scheme, have important reference value to the intelligent substation relay protection system engineering construction.First, this paper introduces the connotation of the intelligent substation and the influence of intelligent substation on relay protection, then the two of the protection configuration scheme in intelligent substation, which refer to the conventional protection and the system protection scheme are summarized, a detailed description of the composition of two kinds of configuration is gave, and two kinds of configuration of their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The conventional protection scheme for the scene following the relay personnel are familiar, easy to implement intelligent substation relay transition. The system protection scheme has less operation experience, but several sets of protection running on a device, easy to analyze the failure behavior of the system and the whole station centralized information sharing, it is the direction of development of the smart relay. Finally, the220kV Fei cui substation for example, combined with China Southern Power Grid intelligent substation construction technical specification, put forward the general principle of the configuration of the substation relay protection, gives a specific implementation plan, and implement the220kV jade substation project economic benefits and social benefits are analyzed.This article aim to explore a completely, optimization, practical and applicable configuration of relay protection scheme, in order to provide valuable experience for the relay protection system construction of220kV intelligent substation. |
