In recent previous earthquake, complex high-rise building damage hasoccurred.Because of the role of various types of spatial structure system, elastic-plasticproperties and complexity of earthquake damage mechanism, make the difficulty ofseismic analysis and design of high-rise buildings are large, so how to analysis seismichigh-rise building accurately and design is one of the main difficulties in civilengineering.This paper based on the Chongqing Finance-Yuzhong city project, which acomplicated building with139.8m hight and a layer of transfer。Beside this buildinghighly overrun, also including floor discontinuity, vertical lateral force resistingmembers discontinuous structure systematic transfinite. The corresponding seismicfortification measures mainly contains the calculation measures and analysis measures.In the calculation of structure analysis, we use PMCAD and Satwe softwaremodeling and calculation, then use the finite element analysis software Midas Buildingto check the former results. We use two kinds of finite element software, adopt theseismic design of performance, using displacement, displacement angle and otherparameters to reflect the structures’ seismic performance. In addition make thefrequently earthquake analysis of seismic elastic, we also increased the analysis ofearthquake in the elastic and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of the structure is analyzedunder rare earthquake dynamic elasto-plastic, in order to evaluate the seismicperformance of the structure.This paper summarizes the general situation of high-rise building’s development,high-rise overrun discriminant method, the performance based seismic design method。Including load statistics, analysis of seismic and wind loads, we added somestatistics and calculation of overrun structure according to the actual situation of thisproject. After determining the structure of the program,the main work is as follows:①Introduce the finite element model briefly, especially elaborated the structureof elastic calculation, mainly for the period ratio, shear weight ratio, displacement ratio,stiffness ratio, stiffness to weight ratio, axial compression ratio, the interlayer shearstrength ratio control;②To study the main factors affecting the structure of torsional stiffness, torsionaland measures are put forward to reduce the effect of the method of structure;③The time history method for structural seismic response analysis, studies the structure under earthquake acceleration, displacement and strain response and thetorsional characteristics;④In the elastic membrane under the assumption, the stress analysis of theconversion layer floor. And put forward the conversion layer structure reinforcementmeasures.Finally, this paper drawed the structure of this project that can meet the selectedpreset level three seismic requirements.
