In recent years, advances in grid operation with the continuous development of technology, the efficiency of the power system’s various components are significantly improved. And supporting researches of technology management mode operation are also especially important. In Power system operation, the most important part is the scheduling and centralized control, both are independent and unified. Respectively, command and control the global and branches. It also requires close collaboration. In order to ensure stable quality and reliable operation of the power system.In the conventional mode of operation, Scheduling collaboration with centralized control need to go through a lot of information transfer. It likely to cause obstruction or over heavy works. Therefore, the integration of techniques have been proposed regulation as a way to optimize network operation and can be used in many areas.In this paper, on the basis of the following work:(1)On the basis of literature research, management of domestic and international grid operation were reviewed, for analysis of the role of the domestic power and nature of the different components in the power grid. Operating modes and technical conditions of each part are described and analyzed. It has been compared with domestic electricity network were compared.(2)The right area of the grid on the soil, the load situation has been showed, and introduces the background conditions of the carrying out in integration and the regulation.(3)The integration of regulatory requirements in accordance with the current situation and the right soil areas, targeted designed in study the regulation of regional integration in the application of the right soil. And separately from the technical support system organizational structure and operational management systems for detailed discussion of the three aspects. By studying the regulation of the grid integration of the region in the right soil, so as to make full use of human resources, shorten recovery time, improve the main network operation and management level, to solve the bottleneck of existing automated operation and management purposes.
