| The research objects of this dissertation are disc cam mechanisms with negative radius typeoscillating follower. Since the cam and follower has a convex and concave profile of surfacecontact, it significantly increasing the radius of curvature radius, reducing contact stress andeasily form lubricating oil film. Therefore, the Contacting strength, bearing capacity, lubricatingperformance, frication reducing, abrasion performance, transmission efficiency and service lifeand so, all have significantly and greatly improved.This paper analyzed the dimension synthesis of object mechanisms. The dimensionsynthesis must considered four constraints--motion connectivity condition, transmissionperformance condition, motion fidelity condition and contact strength condition. On the basis ofthese conditions to establish the new kind of mechanisms specific and quantitative expression ofdimension synthesis. According to a specific type and basic dimensions, carried out andcompleted the following work:(1) Comprehensive and systematic introduced to the configurations of dis cam mechanismswith negative radius type oscillating follower. studied on motion connectivity condition,transmission performance condition, motion fidelity condition and contact strength condition,researched these conditions respective and together effect on cam mechanism, derived thecorresponding expressions.(2) Basic on each constraint conditions, explored the reasonable effective way to solve themotion connectivity condition, transmission performance condition, motion fidelity conditionand contact strength condition, gave various configurations agencies optimal design ideas,designed to meet various design constraints, compact(size optimal) cam mechanisms.(3) Basic on the comprehensive analysis of the disc cam mechanisms with negative radiustype oscillating follower, the dimension synthesis and visualization software was developed,which meat the four constraints.Through the analysis on the dimension synthesis of the disc cam mechanisms with negativeradius type oscillating follower, combined with the software, it obtained the characteristics ofdimensions and the effect of various constraints. Explored and clarified the various constraintsconditions and coupled relationships on the dimension synthesis of disc cam mechanisms with negative radius type oscillating follower. |
