China’s economy developed rapidly in new centry,it is more and more highdemanding for railroad transportation and road transportation.We acheive the leapingdevelopment of China’s railway by taking the advanced high speed vehicle’stechnology to absorb and recreation from foreign in railroad transportation.As therunning speed increasing, train’s dynamic characteristic would be change quite fromhigh speed to low speed, it will be more uncertainty for the running performance ofhigh speed train and the efficacy and safety of brake traction.This article is based on the project of the effect and control of transmission’snonlinear dynamic characteristic on the dynamic performance of high speed’s trainwhich supported by national natural science foundation. It is a study of relatedproblems of transmission dynamic around high speed train’s spiral bevel gear.It obtainsome acheivements on the coupled vibration of spiral bevel gear’s transmission、thenonlinear vibration of time-varying’s meshing stiffness、contact analysis of spiralgear’s surface and dynamic responce of high speed train.This article has mainly carriedon the following several aspect work:(6) It based on the principle of gear meshing and the analysis of gear contacting toderive the conjugated equation of gear surface on the whole coordinate and build athree-dimensional model of gear meshing of spiral bevel gear by used the method ofvector analysis.(7) According to actural working conditions,simplyfying the boundry conditionand external loads of gear pair,building a three-dimensional model, caculating the gearmeshing stiffness of spiral bevel gear by used the method of Newmark and drawing thecurve of time-varying meshing stiffness.(8) It take the analysis of geometric structure and mechnical and build athree-dimensional dynamic model which conclude the bending with two degrees offreedom of gear’s system、torsion、axial deplacement and torsion pendulum etc.(9) On the base of above work,it take the comparison of results of vehicle’stransmission dynamic on two driving direction and analysis the gear surface contact ofsipral bevel gear on different direction of meshing.(10) It coupled with the gear dynamic system and vehicle’s dynamic system andanalysis the dynamic performance of high speed train.It get the responce of nonlinear dynamic of transmission and dynamic of high speed train by bulid the model of spiral bevel gear of high speed train.It is meaningfulto study on the nonlinear dynamic performance of high speed train and it is worth touse in actual engineering.
