With the development of people’s living standards and the rapid growth of the size ofcities and the population of urban, the traffic congestion problem of the cities has beenpaid more and more attention. The public transport as the major component of theurban transport’s infrastructure, it plays a pivotal role in sharing travel demands. Soone of the most important way to improve public transport scheduling is to improvepublic transport usage and solve urban traffic congestion problems. However, thereare many problems in the bus scheduling method, such as single form of the scheduleand the platform technology lag. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish acomprehensive and perfect platform for the bus scheduling through the combinationof the concept of innovation and technological innovation.It can be seen through the analysis of the research status of domestic busscheduling platform, although various platforms are trying to increase the influence oftheir own efforts by intelligent and information technology,but it also can not applymore convenient service for it’s passengers, for the different conditions of the trafficand the passengers. However, in order to meet the more reasonable need of passengers,the transfer in the station become more and more important in the platform.Therefore,more encountered buses becomes the focus of the research.This thesis describes how to guarantee the real-time communication betweendispatchers and drivers and how to ensure more vehicles encounter in sites in theprocess of bus scheduling. At the same time, it builds a model to optimize the busesswitching in one area. The model considers the changing of the time that one busremains in a station, which can affect the encounter of two buses. And the model has a variable number which describes the resident time of one bus in a station and twoobjective functions that one is the number of the encountered buses and the other isthe number of stations in which buses encounter. And the variable number is obtainedform a equipment which is installed in a bus. It calculates the maximum of thenumber of the encountered buses and the min of the number of encountered stations,in this way, it ensures the best departure time of all routes. So that it makes the costand the time to ride buses become smaller. In addition, it calculates the value by usingthe optimized algorithm. And it pushes the time of the departure to dispatchers and thecorresponding bus driver through the technology of messages-push.This model uses an optimized algorithm to obtain the departure time. Andthrough the numerical example, we can see that this algorithm can improve theefficiency of riding buses and the level of the services in the field of public transport.It also relieves the congestion of the traffic especially in the commuting time.Finally,the algorithm in the development of intelligent transportation management platform ofmultiple lines several simulation study and the experimental results are analyzed. Theresult shows that the algorithm can make more vehicles meet in the site, and it canalso provide more convenient service for passengers.
