Vehicle Monitoring and Dispatching System is the application ofIntelligent Transportation System in special field. Improvement of the service level ofVehicle Monitoring and Dispatching System is an important part of improving theIntelligent Transport System.By reading a lot of papers and referring many related designs, according tospecial needs of concrete mixer, combining GPS, GPRS, ARM, embedded systemsμC/OS-Ⅲ and other technologies, puts forward the design and implementation ofconcrete mixer data collection terminal.In Vehicle Monitoring and Dispatching System, vehicle data collection terminalis the most important and the core part of the whole system. It is responsible forrealization of data acquisition, processing, preservation, and two-way wirelesstransmission. This paper describes the design and implementation of vehicle datacollection terminal, including the overall design of vehicle data collection terminal,hardware design, embedded platform structures, application layer task design,machine commissioning, etc. Demand analyses of the system were processed in theoverall design, puts forward the design target of terminal, according to the systemrequirements of the real-time performance and reliability and transmission speed ofwireless data transmission, then chooses a suitable wireless communication solutions,GPS positioning system and embedded operating system. In hardware design part,gives a specific hardware design of each module, and discusses the hardware selectionand the key issues in the design. In the part of embedded platform, describes theprocess of operating system transplant, and writes the interface functions. In thedesign of application-layer tasks, describes the work content and implementationprocesses of each task and the method of multiplex communication. Finally, tests thefunction of each module and terminal performance, and gives some details ondebugging processes of the machine. Results of the tests show that the systemperforms well, fully meets the design requirements.The terminal designed in this issue can stably collect, process, save and transferreversing state, oil, location, alarm data, etc. The online rate is high, by applying the idea of GPRS blind area resend, the packet loss is very low. Data acquisition terminalof concrete mixer has been put on the market, has a certain economic value and has animpetus on promoting the standardized management of concrete transportationindustry. |
