| In order to achieve real-time vehicle monitoring and dispatching managementpurposes, this paper mainly design and develop vehicle GPS monitoring anddispatching management software system.. The system includes four modules: vehicleGPS terminal module, GPRS wireless communication module, GIS geographicinformation system module, SQL Server database module. The system uses collectedvehicle GPS global satellite positioning information for data analysis, datatransmission, data storage, data display, and data analysis.Based on the existing GPRS wireless network communication this systemdevelops a vehicle GPS monitoring and dispatching management system. The systemuses GIS(Geographic Information System) GPS(Global Positioning System),GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) and other core technologies.Taking VS2008and ArcEngine as the development environment,using SQL Serveras the database, this system achieves two-way data transmission between themonitoring center and the vehicle terminal,and developes from the data reception,data analysis, to data storage, data management the entire data processing,and finallyachieves real-time display on the GIS electronic map, as well as vehicle monitoring,scheduling management, track playback and alarm management functions.The main research are as follows:(1) Construction of the core database. based on the the research and design of the datastorage structure and organization mode, vehicle GPS terminal receives GPSpositioning information and analytical the latitude and longitude information,and time,speed, vehicle traveling direction data.. the system will sent the data obtained throughthe GPRS wireless to the control center. the monitoring center receives vehiclelocation data and uses the communication protocol for data conversion, datasegmentation and other operations, at last forms the core database of the system.(2) Integration of the electronic map. The system embeds electronic map in theapplication program developed by C#and ArcEngine and achieves the basicoperation of the map (zoom, pan, real-time measurement of angle and distance,Hawkeye and so on) and layer operations.(3) Real-time tracking of the vehicle. Relying on fast refresh feature of the dynamiclayer,this system achieves real-time trackingin of the target vehicle. (4) Playback of the historical track. According to the needs this system plays back therunning track of the specified vehicle at the specified of time. Through the operationof the database the GPS monitoring and dispatching management system realizes themanagement and track playback functions.This thesis in-depth studies and designs the data storage structure and organizationmode of the vehicle GPS monitoring scheduling management system, and developesthe core module of vehicle GPS monitoring and dispatching managementsystem,.Though the system integration, the system can analyses the collected vehiclelocation data timely quickly, effectively and in-depth.The system achieves real-timedata display and provides the necessary data for vehicle monitoring and management,provides the basis for the scheduling, and thus improves vehicle monitoring anddispatching management level. |
