Cantilever casting construction simulation analysis for the large span railway bridge is thenecessary premise and important guarantee of construction detection monitoring. The cantilevercasting construction simulation analysis is a dynamic process of change at any time which isdifferent from other engineering. With the construcing the cantilever beam span increasing, thedeflection value and internal stress value of segmental beams will be change. For this reason,when the section deflection and stress value of the segmental beams is calculated the influence ofconstruction conditions itself and construction conditions of following segmental beams must beconsidered. At the same time, the initial value and the subsequent change for factors such asself-respect of construction conditions, tensioning prestressed, concrete elastic modulus, creep ofconcrete can be impact the calculation of section deflection value and internal stress calculation.Therefore, in-depth study cantilever casting construction simulation analysis and constructiondetection monitoring in the various influences on bridge engineering will be far-reachingsignificance for reference.According to the characteristics of the construction water suspension, based on double rivervillage jumbo railway bridge as the background for the structure modeling and analysis thedeflection value and internal stress value of construction conditions impact by dynamic behaviorof cantilever casting construction. Using the initial design of the concrete internal parameters andthe surrounding environment parameter value in the early stages of the concreting process, forpractical guide the construction monitoring of each parameter value change situation of girdersduring update sure provides premise security.The bridge structure construction monitoring process is the complicated process which issynchronous and based on simulation analysis. For the level of each construction condition in eachsegmental beams, full consideration of segmental beams subsequent condition and subsequentsections on its effect, assure the final after the bridge as the bridge line conform to the standard.Doing study to adjustment method for the key points of data measurement and internalparameters, external environment parameters in the cycle process, analysis the data of Cradlepreloading, deflection and stress value to improve the accuracy of the bridge detection monitoring, through the analysis, the change of cradle deformation and concrete internalparameters will influence the result of the construction monitoring greatly.To error which is brought by concrete internal parameters floating and theinfluence in temperature stress which is brought by parameters floating, by using finiteelement software according to the parameters change step length, combined with thesuspension bridge structure in the process of water dynamic characteristics, computingresearch the deflection value which influenced by different construction conditions andthe internal stress value change state and to carry on the parameters of the sensitivityanalysis. According to the temperature stress in the particularity of the internal stress,doing sensitivity analysis of change which is about concrete modulus of elasticity,thermal coefficient of expansion and so on. Through the analysis get the result of thatthe influence of temperature stress effect is very close, but to temperature strain effectdiffers very far.
