CFD Numerical Simulation Research Of Coarse Particle Hydraulic Gradient In Pideline

Based on the existing experts and scholars research achievements, and on the basis of analysis on pipeline from pressure loss factor of the single variable method, through the Fluent software, a numerical simulation study each factors on the influence of pressure loss, and various factors taken into account, establish a horizontal line pressure loss model. On this basis, the loss of pressure pipeline establish tilt calculation model,and the results of calculation test results are more accurate prediction slurry pipeline hydraulic gradient. According to the different bending diameter ratio and angel bend wear simulation,forecast the bend the most easy wear parts,and put forward the reasonable bending diameter ratio.
