The transformation of aerospace manufacturing mode caters to the continuous growthtask and the changing of production. After the establishment of the target mode itimplements the transformation of aerospace manufacturing mode through constructing themode of the aerospace enterprise mechanical processing workshop. At last to put forwardthe scheme of optimization and validation in simulating the mode of workshop withmanufacture system simulation software.This paper researches the transformation of aerospace manufacturing mode with theTRIZ theory. The paper analyzes the aerospace manufacturing mode with the theory oftechnology evolution, and looks for the solution of every specific problem with the material-field analysis method, and integrated analyzes all the solutions, and finally targets themode of aerospace manufacturing which is scale of flexible customization production mode.The paper which is based on the production elements conducts the mode of aerospacemanufacturing workshop under the mode of scale of flexible customization production.Through simulation it certificates that this workshop is superior to ever, and put forwardtwo optimization schemes, which are based on the transformation mode of aerospacemanufacturing and production bottlenecks. Those two schemes can promote the efficiencyof workshops, annual output and production cycle. It provides effective and feasiblestrategy for the optimization of the digital workshop, and provides the reference for theworkshops of multi-varieties and small batch.
