Hit accuracy is one of the core performance indicators of the weapon system.Improving the weapon system’s hit accuracy, is the basic guarantee for the realization ofprecisely hitting targets in modern warfare. Thus, it is essential to research the weaponsystem’s hit accuracy, analyze the impact factors and their degrees, and point outmeasures to improve the weapon system’s precision. The main contents are as follows:First of all, to meet the needs of the project, we accomplished the design of the pointof impact reproduction system and hardware selection, finished the correction ofdirection angle and pitching angle of the projection system.Next, a mathematical model of projectile motion is established. At the same time,considering the effects of temperature, pressure, wind and other weather conditions onthe ballistic trajectory, the ballistic model is modified. Based on the establishedmathematical model, we have written the MATLAB program, completed the simulationof the trajectory model. By using relative iterative methods, we completed the solution ofthe target hit points and gunnery data, and conducted several groups of shootingsimulation experiments for different movements of the targets.Then, we established a shooting error model to research the distribution of sourcesof errors and disturbance, and conducted Monte Carlo simulation tests. By using theshooting error data, we estimated the mean and standard deviation of the error, andprovided a method to test the estimated value;Finally, in the presence of too many levels, we introduced the uniform designmethod. By studying the construction method of the uniform design table and its usingtable, we established the uniform design using table under different number of levels, andconducted a firing test. By using the stepwise regression and standardization method, weestablished the regression equation of deviation and its standard equation, analyzed theinfluence degree of various factors on the accuracy.
