When the conventional uncontrolled rocket projectile adopts two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze,it can not only ensure its low cost,but also significantly improve its strike accuracy.Among them,PGK(precision guidance kit)is used as the two-dimensional trajectory correction fuze to achieve the two-dimensional trajectory correction of projectiles,which is a hot research topic at home and abroad.When PGK is applied to low rotation projectiles,PGK is powered by electric motor,which drives the canard wings to rotate after the reduction of rotation by gear set,so that the canard wings can keep unchanged in inertial space,provide stable normal correction force,and realize two-dimensional trajectory correction.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the working characteristics and application requirements of PGK,and combined with practical experience,this paper finds out the shortcomings of PGK applied to low rotation projectiles,and proposes a new type of cloud platform PGK,and designs and optimizes the cloud platform PGK mechanism.Using the finite element analysis software,the structural strength of the key parts of PGK is analyzed and checked to ensure its reliability.After the completion of PGK mechanism design,the aerodynamic parameters of the whole projectile are calculated,the flow field characteristics of the whole projectile are analyzed,the airfoil of the lift rudder is selected,and the specific parameters are optimized by using CFD software on the platform of 107 mm domestic projectiles.Finally,through calculation and analysis,it is determined that the lift rudder airfoil is naca4508,with a wingspan of 105 mm,chord length of 38.5mm,leading edge sweep angle of 35°,trailing edge sweep angle of 35°,rudder deflection angle of 3°,and the general rules of PGK airfoil selection are summarized.In addition,the six degree of freedom ballistic model of the cloud platform PGK ballistic correction projectiles in the low-speed rolling state is constructed,and the whole trajectory is simulated to analyze the open-loop pulling ability of the cloud platform PGK,as well as the ballistic correction ability when shooting the fixed target point.In addition,Monte Carlo simulation is used to analyze the shooting accuracy and shooting dispersion of cloud platform PGK ballistic correction projectiles.
