Study On Property Evaluation Index System Of Double-drum Vibratory Roller

As the key of the asphalt pavement compaction equipment, Double-drum vibratoryroller’s quality and performance directly affects the quality and efficiency of the highwayconstruction. In recent years, domestic and foreign enterprises competition intensified ourroller market competition.So the performance evaluation research on double-drum vibratoryroller not only can promote its improving in terms of performance,and also is the urgent needto increase its competitiveness.And meanwhile, reasonable evaluation index system is thecorrectly understand of double-drum vibratory roller’s level and also the theory basis ofchoice model.Therefore,this paper put forward the research on double-drum vibratory roller’sperformance evaluation system,in order to correctly understand and evaluate from aperspective of scientific objective on its level and quality, and also guide the practice.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development and technicalperformance gap contrast of the domestic and foreign double-drum vibratory roller and therelevant national standards and industry standards,this paper detailed analysis thedouble-drum vibratory roller’s performance characteristics from the compaction performance,safety, reliability and economy performance. On this basis, constructed the two-levelhierarchical structure of the performance evaluation index system with the two differentmethod. At the same time using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)to determine the weightof each index in the evaluation index system.Paper finally according to the rating index system and weight of each index, uses thesatisfaction index model, choose foreign enterprises A, domestic enterprises B, C and D andits behalf type to carried on the comprehensive performance evaluation.Combined with theanalysis of the actual situation of each enterprise and each type of test, we verified therationality of the evaluation results, and also proved that the index system and evaluationmodel has good feasibility and practicability.
