Since the21st century, the high grade Asphalt road construction industry of our countrydevelop rapidly, however, the further development of the asphalt pavement is restricted byroad maintenance techniques and equipment. In this paper, the proposed project "Design andResearch of The Multifunctional Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Vehicle,"is based on aprovincial key scientific and technological projects," Technology Research of TropicalMonsoon Rainy Area Highway Paul Chang Quick Fix Sets".It is aimed to design a smallmulti-functional integrated asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle with cold patch of technicalfeatures, which can be high-quality, rapidly repair asphalt pavement and field repairconstruction process, and the formation of complete sets of technology to achieve rapidrestoration of asphalt pavement.Based on the design principles of road maintenance vehicle, structural design andcomponent selection of asphalt pavement multi-functional integrated maintenance vehicleshas been completed. Asphalt pavement multifunctional integrated maintenance vehicle set ofcutting, mining, crushing, mixing, compaction functions in one. On the basis of structuraldesign, checking a number of performance indicators, including load distribution,operational stability, driving stability, under the load and full load condition. Provides thevehicle traveling speed should be limited to100km/h. And finite element analysis of the keycomponents for three limit conditions include of backward digging with maximum diggingradius, side digging with maximum digging radius, single bucket force. Verify the keycomponents are in a safe range in various conditions, and vehicle safety factor reached1.797,1.547,2.8.In this paper, obtained digging activities digging envelope curve and effective rangeenvelope curve by the kinematics simulation, verify and ensure that the work of excavationdevice without interfering with other components; While access to the key performance dataof the largest digging radius, maximum discharge height, maximum digging depth; andpresents a program of measurements and recorded the elongation of hydraulic cylinderthe ineach state, loaded into the database for mining equipment automation. Simulate excavator chassis and frame connection torque curve in the two states of backward digging withmaximum digging radius, single bucket force by dynamic simulation, the curve shows: Thiskey parts are symmetrically by force, chassis, frame, bolts and other parts of the force evenly.
