The blind pursuit the high productivity will inevitably lead to a rapid increasein operating resistance. Although the engine work at rated conditions, the wheel slip rateincreases rapidly with the growth of resistance working. This not only did not significantlyimprove its operating speed, but led to a decline in the efficiency of traction. In view of thissituation, this article makes the wheel slip ratio as a starting point to study the millingmachine slip traction relationship. Through the experiment to find out the optimum slip rate ofmilling machine under different operating conditions, and the corresponding optimum tractionefficiency in this state. Ultimately, this paper can identify the best matching operationspeed of milling machine in different operation resistance,and to provide a theoreticalbasis for the milling machine productivity and improve the traction efficiency.Based on a lot of reading the research status on the slip rate of the domestic andinternational vehicle, the system mechanism of milling machine slip is analyzed so as to findout the influence factors of milling machine slip. By analyzing the kinematics and dynamicsof milling machine to get the relationship between wheel milling machine traction and slipratio. Then it discusses the measuring principle of current several commonly detectionmethods, the feasibility and accuracy of measurement were analyzed and verified. From theperspective of economic, practical and reliable method that suitable for milling machine isproposed, and be applied in the field trials, the result can meet the requirements of thetest. Finally, it carried out traction performance test of a certain type milling machine, and getthe milling machine traction with the slip rate curve under4m/min,6m/min,8m/min,10m/min,12m/min operating speed. By analyzing the results, this type of millingmachine optimal slip ratio should be8%. In a subsequent study, this ratio as the millingmachine the optimal slip ratio control reference point, real-time control on it, so as toimprove traction efficiency of milling machine. |
