Wheeled vehicles stuck in cars trapping owing to seriously slipping during the process of driving,at this time drive wheel slip rate increases greatly,and severe trapping will cause the vehicle power wasted and serious wear of tires.It makes sense to study wheel-type vehicle slip ratios and trap warning systems.In order to make a timely warning,analysis of vehicle traffic data status before cars trapping,then feedback to the driver or vehicle control system to take timely measures to avoid the occurrence of car trapping.This paper proposes ideas about slip warning system of wheeled vehicle fully analyze the needs of warning systems and demonstrate the plan of system hardware sensor selection and software program writing program.Designed functional modules of warning system and host computer,lower computer and communication network system.Completed the setup of the whole system and commissioning and tested system performance.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)This paper analyzed the development and research process at home and abroad in terms of slip rate and car trapping.On this basis,summed up the problems that existed in the study;Based on the existing research,this paper present research ideas about warning system.Taking the real-time slip ratio of the drive wheel as the reference value for the warning and selecting the technical route and research method of warning system.(2)Analyzed the needs of warning systems and proposed a corresponding plan then demonstrated it.The key lies in the collection of driving status data in slip warning system of wheeled vehicle.The driving status data mainly includes the real-time wheel speed and body speed of each driving wheel.Proposed a design which includes wheel speed sensor,body speed acquisition sensor device,communication equipment and data terminal equipment,on the basis of this ideas,selected the corresponding software operating program.(3)The system program runs from the lower computer and communication system to the host computer in the process of building the bottom-up module system.Host computer adopts LabVIEW graphical editing language and connection Arduino matrix keyboard.In the host computer mainly completes the body speed processing,pre-warning threshold input,real-time slip rate calculation and storage of driving data.Hall wheel speed sensor module and single-chip speed measurement module both complete the collection of various drive wheel speed data in the lower machine.The communication system of the warning system is mainly based on wired communication in the serial asynchronous communication mode and wireless data communication centered on the nRF24L01 wireless RF transceiver module.(4)Adjusted warning system and tested the stability of the data node data collection,then tested data communication stability and accuracy.Selected the golf electric vehicle produced by Shuanghui company as a test platform tested in laboratory and outdoor driving conditions respectively.The result showed the average speed error rate of the system in driving wheel idling test was 0.29%.The average wheel-speed measurement error rate was 1.81% in outdoor conditions.When driving on complex roads warning system can monitor vehicle driving status in real time and accord to the threshold input in advance,and it can give a graded warning to the left and right driving wheels.The basic function of the system was achieved.
