As the major equipment of construction machinery, hydraulic cranes were widely used inmechanized construction process. It plays a very important role in reducing labor intensity,saving manpower, reducing the construction cost, improving the construction quality andaccelerate the construction speed. But in recent years, crane accident arises, crane boom touchhigh-tension, arm-side collide barrier, so it is important to develop work space limittechnology.The crane hoisting anti-collision technology is use the sensor to collect data from thesurrounding environment, and according the crane performance table and lifting task to plan asafety working space for the crane. Use the electro-hydraulic control system to prevent andcontrol the potential danger of crane. Ultimately it can insure the crane working safety.This thesis mainly aims at the large tonnage crane of a company, and developed a set ofcontrol system, the mainly research content includes the following several aspects:⑴Draw the crane obstacles in the surrounding environment: Use the sensors to collectdata, and create a table to store the environment data.⑵The display of the three-dimensional image: Using a static top view and a dynamiclateral view to display the crane three-dimensional image, can make the drivers more intuitiveobserve the crane current working environment.⑶Generate the lifting scheme: Take advantage of the table performance, the workingenvironment and the crane lifting task to form a workable hoisting plan.⑷Hoisting track record and automatic hoisting: Record the crane state in the process ofhoisting for each position, and able to auto-complete the hoisting task under the same tasks.⑸The crane critical control strategy: Based on boom’s movement trend and differentdistances to the virtual wall, the different boom control strategies of non-intervention,deceleration, micro-movement and prohibition are utilized.
