In the machining of engine parts, more burr may produce, they will affect the accuracyand performance of critical engine parts. Fuel injector is an important part because of itsprocessing high quality requirements. When the presence of burrs,not only nozzle flow ratedecreases, also spray pattern is not stable so that the fuel injection less even, thus affect thepower, economy and emissions performance of the engine and other work. Based on paperuse Solidworks-Ansys software. Simulation of number of burrs and when burrs exit differentparts,how outlet pressure change。The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1Building Fuel injector modelUse CAD and software to build modeling. According to the actual size of the, we useCAD build a two-dimensional model; take Solidworks to build a three-dimensional model ofburr idealized injector; build injector head and root model with six burr; established witheight glitch injector head and root model; build injector head model with twelve and rootburr.2simulationUsing Fluent module workbench platform, import various models and simulationcalculations. Topics include:1) model import and meshing. The model directly into Fluent, its smallest unit OK, andthen generate. The tetrahedral mesh conversion when necessary for the polyhedral meshing,mainly divided by tetrahedron.2) Set the operating environment and boundary conditions. Found in fluent fluidsimulation data for the fuel-liquid, its characteristics and viscosity similar with diesel fuel.Entrance selection pressure conditions and the balance wall, less set.3) Set the parameters for solving approach and solution. Select this K-ξ model article influid mechanics to calculations. Each model simulation calculation iterations are set to500.4)Each model are simulated by Solution processing. We can get the chat of stream-linesand pressure-line.corresponding pressure to calculate the maximum pressure on the outletpressure with the average value. According to the simulation results, with the number of nozzle exit burrincrease,injection pressure is reduced, decreasing the amount of fuel injection with thenumber of burrs not linear; fuel injector root burr bring more quantity in fuel injection thanon the head.
