Injector for poultry is an important tool for poultry disease prevention and has a huge market demand.There are mainly manual injector and injection equipment on the market at present.There is no such a product in domestic as a handheld electric injector.So it is of great significance for improving the original form of production management,and meeting the market demand to developing an electric needle injector.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design the injector after the function module partitioning,including mechanical structure design and circuit design.Choose the screw structure as the driven module after comparing several different transmission schemes.The injection module and driving module in mechanical structure part implements the electric continuous injection.Analyze what functions circuit could provide and how to realize the each function module of the circuit.Finally design the syringe shell handle part on the basis of the principle summary,including the size,shape,angle,etc.(2)Establish the injection flow model,and analyze the flow characteristics of different structure of the valve core and valve seat.Select more reasonable valve core and valve seat structure with flow velocity as the evaluation index.Besides,analyze the pressure distribution of flow and the turbulent dissipation under different openings.Sum up the relationship between the opening size and flow characteristic such as maximum velocity,turbulence dissipation,and conclude the reasonable scope of opening,which can provide a reference for valve spring design.(3)Under the assumption that the muscle of porous media and two-phase hybrid model,establish the needle intramuscular injection simulation model,and obtain the liquid distribution in the muscle.Summarize the state of liquid diffusion rule varies with time and the injection pressure difference drop between the horizontal and vertical direction.Compare the liquid diffusion simulation results under different speeds and different porosity and different resistance,and analyze the reasons leading to differences from the actual effect.(4)Conduct the temperature test experiments of the injector in work state,using OPTRIS PI 160 infrared thermal imager to monitor,and analyze the surface temperature distribution and the change rule.Build the simulation model of heat transfer from motor to internal air flow and gain the air temperature at where the syringe located,based on which,do the simulating calculation of temperature rise of the vaccine solution.
