Design Of Intelligent Control System For Snowmelt Agent Emulsion Distributor

Snowmelt agent emulsion distributor is a new type of snowmelt devices. If ice andsnow are melted rapidly, efficiently and environment friendly, control system willplay a decisive role and it is an important goal the intelligent control is realized.This paper introduces a kind of intelligent development and technology status ofsnow melt agent distributor, and refers to the intelligent snowmelt agent distributorrelated data at home and abroad and related articles. The intelligent snowmelt agentdistributor system is put forward, and control system principle has carried on thetheoretical research and the characteristics of the control system are established.Combining with the actual working conditions, the intelligent snowmelt agentdistributor of distributing control algorithm are analyzed in theory, which is concludedthat the distributor recommended speed and reasonable matching algorithm. But thereis a certain deviation compared with the actual construction. In order to reduce thedeviation and improve the distributor, speed correction coefficient was introduced tothe algorithm of kv. Practical verification showed that introducing correctioncoefficient to a certain extent can reduce the spill caused by the inaccurate speeddetection bias.This paper analyzes the features of the PLC control, which can achieve withoutcomplex interface circuit for direct sampling speed pulse signal, and output signal canbe directly driven solenoid valve, which are conducive to its applications in thecontrol system of the distributor. Finally the selection of PLC control system anddistributor part of the design of the electrical schematic diagram was completed, andthe software flow chart and control strategy of main control module were given.Based on the intelligent control, man-machine interface system was designed tobe convenient the operation, which provided convenience for operation andmonitoring. The control system was added the system error alarm and error system,which would provide guarantees for the effective protection of equipment andconstruction quality.
