With the continuous development of urban rail transit in our country, the opening lines ofurban rail transit is also increasing, Which individual has launched lines appear some problem, the mainly, When rail line opened the actual passenger flow line, regional economicdevelopment speed, the degree of ease traffic congestion and there is no expected goodresults. This paper Study On The Relationship Between The Urban Rail Transit Passenger FlowAnd The Land Use,(1) Analysis of Beijing subway line5and Shanghai metro line5linealong the passenger flow and the relationship between the land development, discusses theactual traffic and land use along the lines of the rail lines;(2) In the stage of the passengerflow prediction using "four phases method", the parameters related to land use in each stageof the theory of the extraction and analysis, illustrates the specific factors the land use in railpassenger traffic forecasts in;(3) Nanchang existing land planning for rail transit line4passenger flow forecast, and combining the first and second step of the analysis results, Makerecommendations to the part of the larger sites that can be developed on the4th line isoptimized object.(4) On the basis of the above analysis, based on the Nanchang railway line4parts of the site surrounding land development and construction, recommendations from thefollowing aspects, type of land development around the site, adjust bus lines around the site, path towards and road grade etc. In wangcheng station as an example to their site surroundingland use type and area of optimization, And assume that after fully adopt the proposedoptimization adjustment suggestion, on line4passenger flow forecast again, Will the siteprediction results before and after optimization combined with different optimization schemewere analyzed, and make specific recommendations for optimizing rail line4other majorsites. Finally, in the content and logic of the full text contents of a speech summed discussesthe main findings and the need for further improvement of this article.
