| In order to meet the social and economic development in Zengcheng city needs,combined with a new round of rural power grid upgrading, construction of higher standardsof urban and rural power grid, improve the urbanization development level in Zengcheng afull range, narrow the differences between urban and rural areas, urban-rural integration, thispaper for the Zengcheng power grid in the long-term planning research, the main work is asfollows:First, the regional situation and the present situation of Zengcheng power grid area areanalyzed in detail, due to the differences in economic development and population density,area of light or heavy, overload substation.Second, the power demand of Zengcheng city was analyzed and forecasted, theelectricity consumption and GDP growth to average rates of them, then according to thefuture GDP growth rate to obtain the power demand growth rate for the future.Third, based on the load forecasting, the network planning scheme of high-and mediumvoltage, the power grid construction and adjustment, optimize the adjustment of structure ofpower grid, power grid construction new also in accordance with the typical connectionplanning construction. Through the new220kV substation110kV line to transfer load, in therange of110kV substation area are arranged corresponding new and expansion projects.Fourth, the truss of Zengcheng area were assessed investment estimate and benefitanalysis, network planning has brought Zengcheng area social benefit and economic benefit,reflects the importance and necessity of power grid planning.Fifth, the network scheme evaluation are given in addition to the reality can resolve theproblems of Zengcheng power grid, but also to meet the needs of the load in the future.Finally, comparing and summarizing the planning schemes, puts forward constructionpart of power grid are proposed.This paper discusses in the Zengcheng area middle and long term power systemplanning problem in prediction based on load transformer substation, solve the optimizationproblem and transportation problem space truss structure optimization of power grid.
