Study And Development Of Teaching Simulation System For The Project Bidding

The project bidding teaching simulation system designed in this paper isbased on actual bidding business process, and is a teaching-learning system ofgrasping quickly the actual project bidding business. The simulation system isactually working in computer-aided construction project bidding system. On thebasis of project bidding activities, it can make teachers and students play the roleof tenderer, bidder and bid evaluation experts, do the actual bidding work. And itcan make bidding, construction organization, cost, contract and otherprofessional courses combine, so students can make professional knowledgemastery, and exercise their own organization and coordination skills.According to the actual construction project bidding process, this papermainly studies and develops a simulation project bidding system used inteaching. Firstly, it introduces the research background, significance anddomestic and foreign research status. Secondly, it designs and constructes theoverall system requirements of project bidding teaching simulation system to beachieved. Then, the simulation training is designed, for example, constructionengineering trade center and preliminary preparation work, project biddingprocess, the conditions requisite of project bidding, common types of projectbidding, the preparation of the tender documents, and engineering biddingprocess, costs composition of project bidding, project bidding strategies, thepreparation of tender documents, problems in the tender, and then theprequalification before project evaluation, evaluation process and methods,problems in the evaluation, bid opening and engineering calibration process, etc.Next, it designs the system function, analyzes the overall system objective,mainly designs the operating business of software system, e.g.bidding block,tender block, bid opening block, electronic bid evaluation block, electronictender production block, knowledge base modules, etc. Then, it designs rolefunction of the system and role implementation flow. Again, on the basis of bidding, bid opening, evaluation and calibration module functions, it analyzesthe entity E-R diagram and build the database table structure using SQL Server2008database. Finally, binding designed database table structure, it develops themodules of project bidding teaching simulation software using Delphi7programming language.
