Voice Communication System Design Of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station

Power system dispatching voice communication system and administrative voicecommunication system are essential for a power station. This article mainly introducedrequirements, scheme selection, design and engineering implementation of the qingyuanpumped storage power plant scheduling voice communication system and administrativevoice communication system.In this project, because of its high importance in the power system,dispatching voicecommunication system still choose traditional circuit-switched model to structures the voicecommunication network, in order to meet the requirement for reliability.the fault tolerance rate of daily office communications administrative voice system isrelatively higher, so in the design of Qingyuan pumped storage power station we adoptedvoice over IP way in the the daily office communication for the first time. Because thecomputer network is not connection oriented, in order to ensure the quality of voice over IPsystem has a high voice and real time, A series of technology is applyed in the process of IPvoice compression coding, data transmission, voice quality management.Finally achieved thegood effect.Verified by the actual, the design of qingyuan dispatching voice communication andadministrative voice communication system reached its actual use requirement.
