Sealing disk-baffle integrated structure has been widely applied to foreign advanced aero-engines.It has remarkable advantages of simplifying the structure of turbine component, improving thecooling effect of turbine disk and assembly quality of engine etc. Research on structural and optimaldesign technology of a sealing disk-baffle integrated structure was carried out concerning withoperating speed, temperature field, assembly relation and size in this paper. The results provide basesand references for dimension design and engineering applications of the sealing disk-baffle integratedstructure. The main research contents and results were listed as following:(1) Features of typical sealing disk-baffle integrated structure were analyzed based on thestructure form and working conditions of a turbine. Research on the precautions and generalprinciples of sealing disk-baffle integrated structure were studied to explore feasible optimizationmethods for the structure.(2) The influences were studied under different working loads for structural strength anddeformation of the sealing disk-baffle integrated structure. The features of sealing disk-baffleintegrated structure were summarized. Stress distribution and weight were considered to explore theparameterized optimum methods for the sealing disk-baffle integrated structure(3) Low stress and weight optimal design were carried out for the sealing disk-baffle integratedstructure with multi-arc. The model was selected for parametic and optimal design according to thestructural design principles and the influences of operating speed, temperature field and assemblyloads. The maximum stress and weight were decreased by12.2%and7.3%respectively. Stressconcentration and the distribution of stress were obviously improved.(4)The radial coordinate-deformation of sealing disk-baffle integrated structure was analyzed.Variation laws of maximum stress in different areas with different tolerances (containing144groups)were studied, and five principles of selecting tolerances were proposed for the sealing disk-baffleintegrated structure.The results provide useful references for structure design and engineering applications of thesealing disk-baffle integrated structure.
