Urban water distribution system is the core component of the water supplyinfrastructure, the security of urban living, production, development and construction ofsocio-economic. Water distribution system like blood of towns, it extends to everycorner of the town, and the scale is huge, along with this its investment is astonishingequally, the proportion is more than50%of the total investment in water supply system.Besides, the design of water distribution systems affect the operating powerconsumption of the water supply system, management costs, service quality of theentire water supply system directly. Especially the water distribution systems ofRiverside mountain towns, due to the urban development was restricted by thesurrounded terrain, rivers and other natural conditions, Its water distribution system isdivided into several regions by a number of rivers, and its network structure iscomplicated.Its water distribution system has a character of big elevation,high pressure,wide range of pipe network. Therefore, the optimize design of riverside mountain towns,water distribution system can reduce system energy consumption, increase efficiency ofwater supply companies, it have an significance impact on relieve the energy crisis ofour country.By studying the characteristics of the Riverside Mountain towns,water distributionsystem, optimization analysis its water distribution system from the angle of savingsystem operating costs, reduce system construction investment and optimization thewater-carriage systemof water distribution systems.The Structural partitions and the energy consumption hasanalyzedinconnectionwith the features of the water distribution system of RiversideMountain towns, made a reasonable water supply network partitioning energy analysismethod and optimization of energy saving model.Use the Hierarchical algorithm,which has the thought of step by step rating, todivided the distribution system optimization problem into distribution system partitionlayout optimization and optimize distribution system parameters.First,optimizingresearch the water distribution system partition area of Riverside Mountaintown. After each water distribution system have been determined, optimizingeach waterdistribution system belong to solve the problems for solving mixed-discrete variables.At the second step of Hierarchical algorithm, GA was used to optimize each water distribution system.Made optimization model for gravity flow and pressurized water pipeline system,and optimization studytwo types of water pipeline systems, Obtained the conclusions ofthat the construction investments can be reduced and the stability of water supplySystem can be increased after the creation of the communication pipe was Setted inParallel water pipeline, and examples were demonstrated respectively.In order to verify the feasibility and the scientific of optimization algorithms, usingHierarchical algorithm and GA to optimization design a Riverside mountain townwater distribution system that in South-west of china by comparison with the originaldesign and the optimization results,validate the optimization ideas used in this paper....
