For nowadays, our society develops fast, as one of the most important aspects, theenergy consumption of the building is so large that has accounted for30%of the totalenergy consumption of the society, and the trend of this has continued to grow. So thebuilding energy conservation is imperative.The promotion of energy-saving for building has become an important and ongoingwork. This article is based on the reality of Changli County tightly, and has made astatistics and survey mainly among the energy-saving buildings of Changli County from2008to2012, the application of renewable resources in the buildings, the heating meteringin the existing residential buildings, and the energy saving reformation situations.Besides, through the comparison of the local solar energy resource, shallowgeothermal resources and the natural water resources, we find that buildings integratedwith solar thermal application technology is relatively mature in the Changli County, andis the best way for the Changli County to save energy; Meanwhile, the article has alsomade a assessment about the level, the value, and the best use of time in the daytime ofsolar energy resources in the Changli County, and presented several ways,including thesun room, the vacuum tube collector with heat exchanger and so on, which are adhered tothe principles of appropriate development and rational distribution for the utilization ofsolar energy of Changli County.
